Return & Refund Policy

At Casemoda, we take pride in crafting premium, high-quality mobile cases designed to complement your style and protect your device. We want you to love your purchase — but if for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.


1. Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.
To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
  • You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).

Please contact us at info.casemoda@gmail.com before sending any return. Our support team will provide you with detailed return instructions.

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is damaged or incorrect.


2. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info.casemoda@gmail.com with photos of the issue.
Once verified, we’ll gladly send you a replacement or offer a full refund — whichever you prefer.


3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.

4. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different style or model, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.


5. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and customization reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Personalized or custom-designed cases
  • Gift cards
  • Clearance or final sale items
